I AM, the Light of the world

Then He told them, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world”.

John 8:23

I AM is Consciousness, faceless, formless Awareness. Self-sustained, indestructible, unborn.

“this world” appears as perceptions, sensations, feelings I am aware of.

I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take courage; I have overcome the world!”

John 16:33

‘in Me’ is the Presence of Awareness, I AM.

I am enjoying and celebrating the gift of Life, but I am not dependent on what is changeful.

Who am I?
Who is reading these words?
Awareness or a personal body-mind?

The answer is not in thinking, but Presence; higher than making sense.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think on these things.…

Philippians 4:7

“God” is not another, but I AM – pure Awareness.

All words and teachings are pointers, back to happiness through peace of mind in daily living, independent of circumstances.

Can it be that simple?
Something seems to resist.

What do I really want?

“I” IS Awareness, not a body-mind!

We learned our ignorance, now we learn what we really want…

Happiness is effortless, it is simply the absence of suffering.

Amazing how we create our own suffering.

What we always longed for is hidden in plain sight, it cannot come nor can it go.
