Roger’s Satsang 07-21-2020

Short Satsang on youtube. (I assume you have an ad-blocker installed to avoid interruptions).

Not as a passive belief, but as a fresh exploration,
with the benchmark of “Peace of mind in daily living, independent of circumstances”.
Could it be…

“The Ordainer controls the fate of souls in accordance with their past deeds. Whatever is destined not to happen will not happen, try how hard you may. Whatever is destined to happen will happen, do what you may to stop it. This is certain. The best course, therefore, is to remain silent.”

― Sri Ramana Maharshi

Remain Silent

Youtube @ 21:21 (auto transcript):

… silence to me represents the absence of any of
the narrative of the thinking mind that
says you know it shouldn’t have been
like this why did you do that why did i
do that am i doing the right thing
what’s my purpose in life
all of that is when we don’t realize
it’s all
all happening exactly as it’s meant to
happen nothing is out of place
and that brings us back to
silence
and when life is seen like that
there is more connection to
the witnessing awareness
that is silent watching everything
unfolding
which really means watching the present
moment morph
from one form to the next from
one appearance in consciousness or
appearance and awareness to the next
and that appearance is a
multi-dimensional
appearance of time of space of objects
physical and tangible and intangible
thoughts emotions feelings of
none of it’s separate from the
mind in which it arises
the mind of which it is made
